I take it you mean VS not TS? As in VS not working?

Frustrating but sounds similar to the problem I had when I first got the game (back in March this year). I got confused as there seems to be two accounts, one for the client area, the other for the game. I kept being told I was putting in the wrong password.

Now, whether this is still the case I don't know, it's one of those things that once it was saved in my password manager I don't really bother the check which one I am using, but looking at it, I seem to have two different passwords associated with VS.

This isn't specifically a help, in fact it may hinder the solution, but thought I'd mention it anyway.

TS as in “this” or “this s**t.” It’s a thing people say sometimes.

Honestly, I still think it's a typo, and while I am in no position to complain about the "yooof" and their "parlance", there are certain contractions that are just so stupid I refuse to see them as such. TS for "this", and finna for "I'm fixing to", are perfect examples!

I've tried 10+ times to reset and login to the password and it NEVER WORK!!!!!!!!

Besides the other suggestions here, maybe try resetting the password then waiting 5-10 minutes since very frequent resets might not have a chance to update in the servers.

I look at it as...while it's fun to use slang, if you're asking others for help with something, it's critical to make sure you can be easily understood. Slang is usually very specific to certain regions, generations, or cultural groups.

That being said...I agree with Broccoli, it's probably just a typo in this case.

Tagging on to what others have already suggested, it's also worth checking one's keyboard to make sure that caps lock or something isn't turned on. The password itself might be correct, but if that got turned on by accident that will definitely prevent it from being typed correctly. If OP checked all the troubleshooting basics and it's still not working though, it's probably time to open a ticket with the support team.

Old word processors used to have an indicator light on the caps lock key to let you know if it was on or not.. Who's bright idea was it to get rid of that feature?

Don't keyboards have that light? Or at least, some keyboards? Either way, even with an indicator, it's an easy thing to miss sometimes.

Hmm.. possibly? Just know I haven't personally seen or owned one that does in a long, long time ;) Just seems to me checking the light would be easier than opening note pad, or a separate window to type in to check (or waste a password attempt, and still not know if you actually just turned in on, instead of off :D )

I know that mine does, but then again, it's somewhat fancier than a standard keyboard...albeit also fairly old.

When it comes to passwords though, usually there's an option to show what you're typing instead of hiding it, so that allows checking for typos or caps lock goofs and whatnot. Well, assuming the option exists, anyway.

they still exist!  though I imagine they are hanging on by a thread.  I read they are still regarded as good for rapid response but don't know anyone that actually uses it.

I mean it's also how you end up with older people thinking "LOL" means "lots of love"
