Maxwell Ellington Posted April 22, 2020 Report Posted April 22, 2020 Has anyone else gone through a translocator and found no translocator on the other side? I have gone through several translocators now and there's always a working one to take me back, but this time there wasn't, even when I checked in creative mode. Is this a bug or a risk when using these machines?

Tried setting up a translocator in the position that I teleported to, but it just connect to a different translocator. If no one else is having this problem I'll just assume it's a 1 in a million chance and forget about it.
redram Posted April 22, 2020 Report Posted April 22, 2020 afaik it is a very, very, rare occurrence. I think I've maybe heard it mentioned a couple other times ever.

junawood Posted November 2, 2020 Report Posted November 2, 2020 Happened to me too, and there was not only no translocator at the other end, but I found myself in blocks of granite. Luckily that doesn't kill the character and I had a pickaxe and enough ladders to get to the surface.
