risingfish Posted Sunday at 09:29 PM Report Posted Sunday at 09:29 PM Jam seems to be broken? Or am I doing something wrong?
LadyWYT Posted Sunday at 10:36 PM Report Posted Sunday at 10:36 PM Hmmm. That should be the correct recipe. You could try removing the honey and making sure that you used exactly 1.2 L in each slot, just in case there's a sneaky .01 hiding in one of the slots that's getting rounded to read 1.2 L. Knowing your game version and whether or not you're using any mods(and which ones, if so) would also help.
Rainbow Fresh Posted Monday at 05:31 AM Report Posted Monday at 05:31 AM And just in case, to stay with the silly, have you tried putting fruit first honey last? Don't know how picky the recipe system is.
Demoncyborg Posted Monday at 10:16 AM Report Posted Monday at 10:16 AM what version are you running? i see old berry models

I wonder if Wildcraft is being used at all. I can't recall older game versions having any issues with jam, but Wildcraft is a popular mod and it still uses the old berry bush art in addition to the old Wildcraft mechanics rather than the new berry bush mechanics introduced in 1.22. There's also Expanded Foods, which is currently incompatible with Wildcraft, and EF is a popular mod as well. If Wildcraft, or both Wildcraft and Expanded Foods, are installed here, that could easily be the cause of the issue. 1
SnapJelly Posted Monday at 08:22 PM Report Posted Monday at 08:22 PM I just tried it for myself and mine seems to work fine, are you running any mods?
risingfish Posted Tuesday at 10:52 PM Author Report Posted Tuesday at 10:52 PM Sorry for the late response, I kind of forgot about this post. Yes, I am using Primitive Survival and Wildcraft. Sounds like I should remove one or both?

Primitive Survival and Wildcraft don't have issues when used together, at least to my knowledge. Expanded Foods and Wildcraft are the ones that aren't compatible, as far as I'm aware. So if you're using both of those together, that could be what's causing the issue. However, you've also not provided a modlist, but are clearly playing a modded client, so the issue could easily lie with a different mod as well. Outside of Wildcraft, my suspects would be any other mod that affects cooking or berry bushes.

risingfish Posted Wednesday at 01:13 AM Author Report Posted Wednesday at 01:13 AM (edited) Is there an easy way to export the mod list to json or xml? Here's a screenshot of the mods: Edited Wednesday at 01:14 AM by risingfish
LadyWYT Posted Wednesday at 02:23 AM Report Posted Wednesday at 02:23 AM 1 hour ago, risingfish said: Here's a screenshot of the mods: Wildcraft would still be my prime suspect based on the screenshot, since that mod does mess with berry bushes and you're trying to turn berries into jam. The best advice I have otherwise is to disable your mods, ensure that the vanilla game works properly, and then re-enable each mod one by one, testing as you do so. When the issue reappears, you'll have found the problem mod.
risingfish Posted Thursday at 01:17 AM Author Report Posted Thursday at 01:17 AM Yeah, traced ti down to the berries and nuts mod I must of removed while poking around there. When I reinstalled the mod the jam recipe stopped working again.
