l33tmaan Posted February 4, 2021 Author Report Posted February 4, 2021 That sounds, uh... ideal. I'll look into it.

I'm honestly thinking about only releasing the vanilla and Acorns + PS versions, too - the forums doesn't like that I'm hosting so much junk! Would that be an issue for people? By the way, @Tech_Rabbit, are you guys able to harvest seaweed? Or do you also run More Recipes? I can harvest seaweed. 1

Don't want to use CompatibilityLib for this? Initially, the library appeared precisely to deal with different versions for different mods UPD: Heh. Willrun4fun Posted February 5, 2021 Report Posted February 5, 2021 If I add this mod it tells me on every load my save is from a previous version and needs a remap? 1.14.7 and didn't change.
l33tmaan Posted February 5, 2021 Author Report Posted February 5, 2021 Yes, that's in case anyone's upgrading to this mod from Berry Bread. It shouldn't be doing it on every load, though? Have you accepted the remapping? If there's nothing to actually remap then nothing will happen.
Willrun4fun Posted February 5, 2021 Report Posted February 5, 2021 yes, I did not have berry bread though. Asked me every time.
l33tmaan Posted February 5, 2021 Author Report Posted February 5, 2021 I hate it when my mods act differently on other people's computers! If you open up the file and go to assets/expandedfoods/patches, just delete remap.json and you shouldn't be prompted anymore.

Willrun4fun Posted February 5, 2021 Report Posted February 5, 2021 IDK, complete restart of the game and re-enabled it and no warning now Works though
DanaCraluminum Posted February 6, 2021 Report Posted February 6, 2021 (edited) What do you think about integrating this into your mod? Edited February 6, 2021 by Craluminum
Nozarati Posted February 6, 2021 Report Posted February 6, 2021 What is the ingame function of vinegar? Used for preserving stuff?
l33tmaan Posted February 6, 2021 Author Report Posted February 6, 2021 I actually use both of those and I wouldn't mind implementing them, but I feel weird just grabbing someone else's mod and shoving it into mine. I'll PM the authors about it. 1
Morgan S Posted February 6, 2021 Report Posted February 6, 2021 The Fish dumplings appear to be bugged, I can make the raw dumplings but they wont cook up. I successfully cooked turnip and soybean dumplings, and attempted to cook the fish dumplings in the fire exactly the same way and they just sat there, never coming up to temperature. While I'm here: I love this mod. Being able to dry berries and use them in porridge and the ability to make pemmican are my favorite additions. 1
l33tmaan Posted February 6, 2021 Author Report Posted February 6, 2021 That's odd... do you know if the acorn fish dumplings have the same issue?
ThePionier Posted February 7, 2021 Report Posted February 7, 2021 Hello! What are the chances that we could also use the dried berries for fruit bread etc?
l33tmaan Posted February 7, 2021 Author Report Posted February 7, 2021 Uhhh... yeah, sure, I can do that!

That would be great, so you don't always have to look for fresh berries for the baked goods. Can you also do it that you can use it for cooking? I mean the dried berries. l33tmaan Posted February 7, 2021 Author Report Posted February 7, 2021 Cooking what? You should be able to used dried berries in porridge and meat stews. Did I forget a meal type?
Loco Posted February 7, 2021 Report Posted February 7, 2021 (edited) I haven't tried since you updated. I tried to use one of the cooked berries in one the meals and it didn't work. It cooks without the berry Edited February 7, 2021 by LocoMiner
l33tmaan Posted February 7, 2021 Author Report Posted February 7, 2021 Try updating and get back to me on this.

l33tmaan Posted February 7, 2021 Author Report Posted February 7, 2021 Yeah, you can't add them to vegetable recipes because you can't add regular fruit to vegetable recipes. They aren't supposed to work.

l33tmaan Posted February 7, 2021 Author Report Posted February 7, 2021 No problem. I'm just trying to keep things consistent with the vanilla mechanics, y'know?
