I had the same issue. I renamed my VintagestoryData folder. I lest the game rebuild it and then put back my saves, mods, modconfig, and maps folders. All my sounds work now.

I'm running on the 1.14.8rc1 and getting a lot of disappearing fish. They will pop off the hook then just go poof before I can pick them up. IDK, maybe it's meant to be them getting away? -

yes, I did not have berry bread though. Asked me every time.

If I add this mod it tells me on every load my save is from a previous version and needs a remap? 1.14.7 and didn't change.

Enjoying this. shame the seed doesn't generate quite the same for me. I guess I could try the older version to gen it maybe.

I lit a fire in my dirt hut and it is like this inside? The fire is 600 deg and burning fine but still pitch black.
