  1. What do you mean what if? I had that happen in my last play session. You do what everyone else does. Cope with it and move on. The description of this game makes it clear - an uncompromising survival game. It isn't easy. There are going to be challenges to overcome and some of those difficulties the game will force upon you. Thems the breaks and I wouldn't have it any other way as those difficulties and challenges are a lot of fun to overcome!

  10. But I do like that idea. Once grass is removed the only way to get grass growing again is to break and replace the block. Why not have two modes to the hoe like the scythe? One option to till farmland the other to turnover sod so that long grass can once again grow.
  11. I concur. Recurve bow is insanely quick as it is.
  12. I believe Tyron has stated he isn't going to make firearms but has no problem should modders decide to introduce such weapons.

    Technically EVERY seed will have lots of slate. The problem is locating it. I assume you want a seed with slate that is close to spawn?
  16. The problem with that is the depleted farmland soil would revert to the original nutrient levels and create a farming exploit. Additional coding could make this idea work, but I don't know how difficult those changes would be.
  17. Or return to the mine and hear that wonderful ringing bell and claxon spawning reinforcements.
  18. My excess flint just hang out in a chest, forgotten and unloved. If I get annoyed by it I end up yeeting it down some hole somewhere.
  19. Only problem is those large sand/gravel deserts. Instead of sand/gravel, maybe a stack or two of hay bales? No matter what there ain't no mistaking that for a naturally occurring block
  20. I look at mushrooms as fast food. Either before I have a reliable source of food production or I'm on a long journey and running low on my prepared meals I brought with me.
  21. I stop gathering flint once I am comfortable with the amount of copper to keep me in the copper age.
  22. Just LOVE the lake generation. :)
  23. As would sheep that grow wool. Perhaps adding alpacas that can be sheared.
  24. Looks like a night with medium rift activity and a rift or three spawned nearby.
  25. Even in Single player growing crops is plant and forget.
