I think about this literally every time I start to domesticate goats and pigs. The same premise could also be applied to foxes, wolves, and rabbits as well.

Then the ash could be used to make rudimentary soaps and fertilizers. The charcoal output would be nice and realistic too

I would love even more variety of food to make, particularly the baked goods. Tarts, biscuits, different bread shapes etc. even if it was just a visual change. Cute little baked goods are never the wrong answer

I love the fauna of the stone ages mods for that reason, it adds a bunch of caribou sub species you can domesticate and I believe ride. It would be great to have any cart in game in the future you could hook up to some sort of animal.

I’d love for all the grazing type animals to be able to actually eat the grass maybe at gen 1, that way as you domesticate them during warm seasons they can feed themselves provided they have the space. Then like you said you can cycle them through different pastures

I would love to have useful pets in the game, like wolves that can help hunt/track, maybe foxes that can help find some sort of resource like ore?

That’s definitely strange, it would be cool to be able to make salt licks in game though with some sort of benefit for the animals
