  1. As long as there isn’t a need for shot in the game, I don’t have to build a shot tower. I don’t want to build a shot tower.
  2. Maybe a blast furnace would fulfill this task, but that’s a little out-of period, I think.
  3. When used on stone tier knives, bone handles provide a small buff, IIRC, so that’d be a weird inconsistency. However, it’d also be weird if you had a steel knife with default + 20 odd durability. I can see why the devs didn’t bother.
  4. Bushmeat is already far less nutritious, (seemingly) less plentiful, and harder to cook due to its inability to be cooked in meals. Leave my man bushmeat alone.
  5. Given that looms are on the roadmap, I think we could see a similar system for tapestries.
  6. Maybe a batch craft of 4 or something
  7. You can, just in remarkably small piles. I think the stack size is 48, actually, given that each layer is 3 boards.
  8. That’s neat.
  9. I think they mean that they use the scrollwheel above water to select torches and that they want to be able to use it for other things while under the water. They do not want to dunk their torches while at the bottom of a lake.
  10. What? I had a world where I thrived on honey & fish stew (don’t ask). IIRC, if you run far enough away from the pond, the fish should respawn.
  11. I’d actually laugh if you could make an anaerobic digester in VS, bonus points if you can put manure in it. Maybe rot powered? That’d naturally make it require a good food source to power.
  12. He’s just ahead on the paperwork.
  13. My suggestion is more like dirt box < cobble box < dry stone box rather than mud hut < 2 bedroom house. Or at least that’s the concept.
  14. we need a 32:1 aspect ratio
  15. I guess they could add something like leakage during rain: lower tier blocks give the room they constitute a debuff for temperature during rain or snow. Still fine for cellars & all, but discourages packed dirt houses and holes in the ground.
  16. I’ll spend thirty minutes on a world and one of three things will happen: I collect 20 berry bushes and decide that that seraph lives happily ever after; I realize that X variable is wrong with the world; or I realize that my base area is too rainy and that I don’t feel like finding another spot.
  17. This can already be done in-game! All you need to make a greenhouse is the roof to be made of glass.
  18. You can hardly hit anything in grass in TOBG. Your point?
  19. I personally just walk around with 3 flint spears, run backwards and hope I hit. Always works on the second attempt.
  20. IIRC, all tools already have this functionality. I know for a fact that this occurs with pro- and regular picks, alongside spears, so this suggestion strikes me as odd.
  21. Based on the intended use case, I don’t think these would be placeable freestanding.
  22. Agreed, at least for the most part. I’ve been playing with the frequency on the second-lowest setting, and even that’s too high; songs frequently get cut off by my going into caves. I’ll probably adjust it back to the minimum later, and having considered it, I’ll probably adjust the volume down too.
  23. Update: it was in a perfectly straight line on the edge of the deposit. I am very confused.
