  3. Uh...doesn't smoke already have collision in VS? If you just made it last a bit longer, say, until X time or encounters [wind] you'd basically have what OP is talking about, adding a "if Y amount of [smoke] present in [player space] begin [death]" Anyway, no dog in that fight. Headcanon for me is "immune to smoke inhalation because Seraph"

So, we have a full domestication system in place (for what can be tamed) Yet, in order to get things TO my pen, I have to play peek-a-boo with piglets and chickens in the hopes that they get in the box (and that I remember to check the following day) Why can't we just...grab the little blighters? It's not hard to catch up to a chicken or a piglet and IRL you can just pluck'em right up off the ground. Heck, hog wranglin IS A SPORT. Yes, obviously, I would expect this to rain down ire upon me from the parent pigs/roosters whathaveyou, but my land is TEEMING with unsupervised piglets. Unfortunately, also teeming with bushes. If we allow larger "piglets", goats and later domesticated pigs, we could implement some kind of "struggle system" much reminiscent of Dead By Daylight, wherein you have a randomized amount of "grab-time" before they get lose and you have to snatch'em up again. Plus, at some point you're gonna have to let us cuddle the puppies.
