AlgorithmicMind Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 I've purchased the game (at least this is what it's telling me when i go to buy again the game) but when i go to store to download it won't let me in. It says invalid email or password. When i go to "Forgot my password and insert my email to reset thee password" i receive no e-mail. Any help?????

Tyron Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 Oh i see, i think you had a typo on your email address. It ended with @mail.com instead of @gmail.com. I've now corrected it and marked the purchase for resending. Let me know if it arrived now! 2

Tyron Posted October 1, 2018 Report Posted October 1, 2018 You're welcome! I would have been even faster if I didn't accidentally wipe all the purchase email addresses in the process But I was able to restore them, so all good now. Time to make some more backups. 1

If yes: click on the blue "Client Area / Downloads" in the top right of this here forum, log in, and download from there. If you have paid but not received your key: - Some external payment providers are not instant, and can in fact take up to a full week to process. There is nothing the VS team can do about this. You must wait. Only Paypal is pretty much always instant. - Check your spam folder. - Make a support ticket (brown "Get Support" button in the top right). Be sure to include where you bought the key from, when you bought it, and with what payment option. - If you do not get a response by the next day, hop on Discord and ask around for help. It wants me to download the runtime thing, and I do, and then it gives me a no access error to create a Lora Bold Font file in the directory. Any guidance? Thanks.

Brinn Posted February 28, 2025 Report Posted February 28, 2025 I tried downloading the installer with Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Nothing would allow me to download the installer except for Operagx! Just wanted to get this out there in case anyone else had the same issue.

Make sure you trust vs_install_win-x64_1.20.9.exe before you open it." Any tips or help I could get to resolve this would be a great help.

I'm not familiar with that exact message, but it's likely something generated by whatever you use to protect you from malware. The resolution will depend on the specific OS, browser and malware tool you use. Welcome to the forums, @SOPPY_MOPPY. What link are you talking about? You are going to the banner at the top of the page, hovering over the "Client Area", click on "Downloads" and logging in? Is the "link" you are talking the one that says something like "Full Installer 1.20.10 for Windows". (I don't remember what it brings up in a Linux boot, and I don't even have a mac.) That takes you back to the Forums?
