Just feels... inadequate compared to modpacks that involve TFC+

As a fellow Subaru owner, I find that comment hilarious! -
Surface deposits (indicated by surface nuggets) do not show up on the Density Search mode on the pro-pick. As @Zane Mordien said, I have never prospected for lead as I usually run into a veritable field of lead nuggets. In multiple worlds across the last 4-5 updates if I find a surface nugget for lead I will find numerous surface deposits within a 100-200 block radius. That one field is more than enough lead for my purposes, which usually is molybdechalkos lanterns.

Don't sweat it. I figured render distance was low but wanted to bring some comedic relief to the situation. I guess I have skill issues with humor.

It means that it was accurate when it was written but hasn't been updated when the game changed. The handbook is the best source of information.

Maybe "Right to Arm Bears" instead?

Official Expanded Stomach/Hungry While Injured mods idea thread.

Most of those benefits would only potentially come from morbidly obese levels of fat. Realistically speaking that amount of body fat should carry a huge movement penalty on the level of plate armor. Fat is easily cut so it would be a better defense against blunt attacks like drifter's stone throwing. I can see a buffer against starvation for having some increased fat reserves, though. -
Given the snarky humor in the game, what do you think achievements would look like? I'm thinking things like: "Ice Bucket Challenge - Accepted" when someone freezes to death (beautifully paired with "Congratulations! You died.") "Pin Cusion" after multiple deaths to bowtorns. "PhD - Pile it Higher and Deeper" upon stacking peat to world heigh limit. "To the Moon" upon stacking firewood to world height limit. What are your additions?

Am I correct in picturing the room in question has been dug out of the ground?
-
One way to narrow down the list to find the offender is to disable half the mods. If you experience the issue, continue cutting half the mods until you zero in on the specific offender. If you do not experience the problem, go to the half you didn't cut and continue the winnowing process. I wish you luck in quickly finding the offensive memory leaker.

Outside is anything that isn't a recognized room, cellar, greenhouse or cave. The first three basically have to be 14x14 or less with walls being a slab or more in material. Certain conditions distinguish between those three. Caves I'm not sure about but the very basics are that you are underground with an entrance to the surface. I'm sure the internal cave temp is affected by Y level, but I do not know how much of an effect that has (plus I could be completely wrong about this aspect of cave temp).

I like the cheeky humor Tyron and Co. put into the game, namely the death screen "Congratulations! You died." followed by "Rage Quit?" and that one sign causing someone to rage quit indefinitely. In that vein any achievements I'd like to see are things like "Sky High" for stacking peat or fireword to world height. Or "Bellyflop Challenge" for falling more than 50 blocks and catching yourself on a ladder less than 5 blocks above the ground thereby avoiding fall damage. Maybe "Pin Cushion" for being killed by multiple bowtorn attacks [edit] or being killed by bowtorns multiple times. -
Not in my experience. I expect at most one last stable release in 1.21 then sometime late this month or early Jan. the first 1.22 will drop for modders to update their mods. We'll get a list of all the new shinies to drool over then rant and rave about them during the 6ish week wait for the first unstable RC to drop. After that first RC drops we'll then see regular updates every few weeks for a couple of months.

Ooohhhh... You must be one of them expanded foods seraphs.

If the material for steel furnaces has been found just a little bit more work yields steel chain armor offering tier 4 protection and even more durability.
-
You just listed a bunch of mechanics not currently in the game. Currently, feeding is good for two things only - breeding and fattening for slaughter. Animals do not have health beyond HP and pregnancy always results in birth (unless the mother is killed prior to birthing).

Is it actually possible to make the iron anvil with only 10 ingots?
Maelstrom replied to Vexxvididu's topic in Questions
Hmmm... Recipe must have changed as I swear I've made it with only 9 ingots, altough the top did not allow for one. single. mistake. -
Never gonna hit those notes Never gonna sing it right Never gonna dance around and annoy you

Lovely, interesting or just plain bizarre landscapes

I disagree. Dwarven Ewok village comes to mind. Dig into the cliffs and connect with bridges. -
Wiki isn't accurate (mostly outdated) in quite a few things, this being one of them. I believe gestation period is hardcoded at this time. Same with berries. Hopefully, Tyron will update that. Soon. ish.

What self-respecting seraph would even consider doing that?! I mean, that's just as blasphemous as putting meat in your porridge! Did you wake up yesterday or something?

How come you built a blazing bonfire so far away?

Now, now girls. No need to get all catty.

Indeed you are. My *ahem* short answer is to refer you to the literary works of one Mr. Howard Phillips Lovecraft. My not so short answer is that Mr. Lovecraft's universe involved extra-dimensional beings, some of whom are very powerful and most definitely not to disturb, let alone be trifled with. Said seemingly omnipotent beings have the ability to do such things as we see in game. Fortunately for the characters, said beings seem to be not care about the ants that crawl around in their proximity. There are other also explanations that you have not identified that could result in an alternate earth with a different star field than the one you and I observe. I really do recommend reading Lovecraft. Doing so will give you a great appreciation to the devs for how incredible their work portrays a Lovecraftian world.
