  1. I love you guys. My water is blue!! Thank you so much!
  2. I didn't actually realize that there were no rivers until I wanted to specifically find one. Sure I can make one, but it's alot of work, and usually the water gets weird. But early settlers would really only build on an ocean coast line or along a river. I think the thing that kind of bothers me is the random bridge ruins that start nowhere near a need for it and end nowhere near a need for it.
  3. I didn't know that greenhouses even worked for fruit trees. I thought it was just crops. As far as I know, as soon as it dips over or above the max temperatures, it dies. There's no interior for fruit trees.
  4. I like this idea. It would make things more dynamic. Especially since you have to go into a forest to find the horsetail to heal yourself. I think that's cool. I feel that 6 wolves in three separate packs around your house is ridiculous. And the rabbits......I /removed 116 yesterday. I have the screen shot to prove it.
  5. This is my personal record. 116 hares. No one has need for this. What the Holy christ.
  6. Yeah I did that for the first two days, then it was too much to keep processing, all the meat spoils and it becomes something you are very tired of doing.
  7. I don't think it's the wolves themselves are the problem. It's the frequency and amount. I started a single player in 1.17 (just to see) and they spawn like crazy in large packs. But add a bear on that and the carnage is overwhelming. Bears are incredibly aggressive, plus they seemed to have killed all the rams/ewes/boars/sows in their area. I have a home semi-close to a small forest. In it spawned 6 wolves and 2 bears. They don't seem to attack each other though. I love the fact that there are bears and wolves, but I spend too much time dealing with them, it halts progression. Also, hares.......seriously 40 hares around my small garden one morning. How do I know 40? /entity remove hare-* I can't get anything done, if all I'm doing is dealing with one aspect of the game. Animals.
  8. Maybe you can make it so that we can put clothes on armor stands as well? For us fashionistas!
  9. I crash if I don't do the sequence correctly. Correctly: Start on an empty clot on the hotbar. Crouch then scroll to cage slot on hotbar and then right click. It will open the GUI to put in bait (vegetable, whatever). Incorrectly: Start on cage slot in hotbar, then crouch and right click. Result is crash. 10. I'm an idiot. I meant yes to the latter, the AMD site.
  11. FYI, the handbook shows the ingot is made from other ingots. It should show raw ore in the percentages. Plus when searching the pickaxe head, it doesn't show this percentage split, which it should since it is melted in the crucibles.
  12. This happens to me all the time. I just started playing a week ago, no mods.
  13. It must have something to do with the change of seasons. When you move from biome to biome, there are certain things that aren't effected by the "fix purple trees", like clay and crops. Yup seems to be just the surfaces of the land and trees. The things that actually change per season and biome.
  14. Hello! I was asked to report (onGithub but I have no reason to be on there to be honest) with details on attempted fixes. I spent a few days on Reddit with a user trying desperately to help me. He/she was more knowledgeable than myself when it comes to computers. So this is my computer (also see attached images), it is ten years old. The only difference is that I upgraded the memory about 4 years ago. Now I have 16 GB. https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c03516171 This is the link to the Reddit thread in case anyone wants to read through it. Driver I updated my driver from the manufacturer's website directly. There was a slightly newer version but it didn't fix the problem. I restarted my computer as well. Graphics card Rdeon HD 7570 Dedicated Monitor Port There are two other ports (I believe) in the back but they came sealed. So there is only one to use. Mind you it is a very old monitor. This is the model: Dell E177FP Open GL Version 4.5.13417 That's about all we discussed. I've never had this problem with any other game over the 10 years I've had the computer. I will replace it next year, maybe for Christmas. I just don't have the money right now to do it. If anyone has any other suggestions not mentioned I would appreciate it, but at this point I thinks it's just for anyone else having the same problem and stuff they can check or try.
  15. Was there ever a fix for this?
  16. So I have a very old computer. After a few comments on Reddit, I was encouraged to buy the game. It's only been like 20 mins but it feels like a good game. I had a problem with the "purple trees" so I checked the box in options......but now all my water is purple. It was white..now it's purple. Any ideas?
  17. Hello! I just came across this game and I am watching a Lets Play. I am wondering if my 10 year old potato will play it. I read the minimum hardware but I can't tell if it's more than I have. These are the specs, I added memory about 4 years ago, so I have 16 GB. Thanks for any advice! (edit: don't have the money to replace it right now) https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c03516171
