  1. maybe some more drifter types too, one or more drifter types with ranged attack. One drfiter could be like a zombie, killing him is not enough, you should have burn him, if you don't burn him (with a campfire e.g.), he will 'reborn' after some seconds too a much more dangerous - revenant/zombie drifter.
  2. My mods dont working for me, I can see them after starting, they are active & checked in blue, I have copied all my data from my Boot/System SSD to the Harddisk F in my case, but my Mods dont working, thats my setting in targets / desktopshortcut C:\Users\Geri\AppData\Roaming\Vintagestory\Vintagestory.exe --dataPath=D:\vsdata --addModPath=D:\vsdata\Mods
  3. I started a new single game this week, I didn't found Limestone too - I walked 2000 blocks arround my base. But that's not so bad - I got lot of flax seeds and Terrapreta and I have mostly flatland - not very big danger from wolves. And after playing 24 realtime hours I have now a complete gambeson-armor - and I own also now 115 flax seeds. So I need chalk/limestone only for making leather-backpacks. And gambeson bit better than leather armor, and very easy to get this, just keep your eyes open for flax seeds. Now I will use flax for other things, for reparing clothes (for the coming winter) windmill parts, backpacks from flax (until I have leather).
  4. I have an idea for the mentioned Zombi, what about, that you need kill a zombie twice. Fist with your weapon, but If you don't burn him with fire, he will come back. A zombie you need killd two times, first by weapon, within in a small time window with fire again.
  5. 140826402 is a nice seed, I walked to southwest/southsouth-west after starting nearby 0,xxx,0 - I have found lot, lot, lot of Terrapreta, peat and brown coal in the very first days.
  6. different wooden doors by types of wood. 3-4 different door sizes, up to a gate. The possibility to chisel doors (you would have to fix them somehow immovably in place before you can chissel), That would be great. Small standard doors in large buildings sometimes look strange. edit - can you move it please to suggestions?
  7. Helo, its just for fun, but what about fireworks? I have seen yesterday in a multiplayer world, that VS has wonderful particles. And my suggetsion is simple - what about fireworks like on silvester? example like that: - and for differnet colors you have use different powders / chemicals ... b.t.w. you could also use a single rocket green or red or any other as a sign for other players or as a short but huge lightsource for an area in the night (like in a war / used by soldiers).
  8. What about a gryphes too? Huge aggresive Gryphes, but if you can tame a gryph, you could fly with this brid (like in Battle for Wesnoth, if you know this game). https://www.wesnoth.org/units/1.14/mainline/fur_IT/Gryphon.html
  9. I see, it works only I I use coal and clik on the bottom of the post ... 8 directions possible
  10. okay, traps are not dangerous, if you can avoid them with pickaxe, maybe some ruines should have special material-material, and you can not use even pickaxe tier3 .... e.g. Dragon Stone (Fantasy Material). I have also an other suggestion, what about a kind of a unique, very big ruine, but it appears only once in the whole Seedworld - a kind of a DARK TOWER, like in Stephen King "Dark Tower", you will found there the BossMonster, e.g. the Crimson King, thats not only Stephen King related, its also Lovecraft related - e.g. the Crimson King, like in this link: https://lovecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Crimson_King and here https://stephenking.fandom.com/wiki/The_Dark_Tower and in this special ruine, dark tower e.g., you will discovery also the reason of temporal storms
  11. maybe every zone should have a special thing / recource, Polar Ruine - special Jungle ruine and Special desert ruine too. and some ruins should have also maybe some traps also, traps like in Indiana Jones Movies or RTCW ;) spike trap: https://youtu.be/6ibMnlDTW3U?t=331 crushing walls and spikes hole: https://youtu.be/6ibMnlDTW3U?t=345 blade trap: https://youtu.be/6ibMnlDTW3U?t=377

    Traps

helo, what about traps, traps like in old good Indiana Jones Movies one exmaple: These deadly traps are mostly in caves, catacombs, old ruins, the player have watch out about little things, to deactivate it.
  13. Set up a signpost, that's just a vertical post, without signs.
  14. what happens to animals that fall into caves? I had a hilly landscape with a lot of animals, but also with a lot of deep caves. The hilly landscape looks after 3 Vintage-Years very empty. Only some hares still there.
  15. Hi, I bought an embroidered collar, but in the Info-Window, I didn't see any information about this (status, temperature bonus - thats missing).
  16. What, about a temporal disc (frisbee), it should be found very seldom too, like a temporal gear. You cant repair Translocators with this temporal-disc, but you can throw it away, in the air, like a spear. And after this disc is hitting on a surface, you will be teleported like in MineCraft into this place. Or, you can chissel this temporal gear into a temporal disc, it can fly bit better like a gear, its flys like a frisbee. You can use it only one time. Oh, I have a second Idea, if we will have one day flying birds, what about a boomerang? You could use it for hunting - but handling would be very tricky ...
  17. And what about a magic wand - Magic wand for lightning - powerful weapon that does trigger a lightning. It injures nearby enemies, animals. But it should be very expensive to build this and to trigger a lightning.
  18. Permafrost can be found in the Arctic, Subarctic and at high altitudes in the high mountain range. Permafrost is completely normal soil, but because of the bound and very cold ice it does smelt down only in the the first 1,2,3 layers in short and hot summers, layer 4-8 shouldn't. smelt down e.g. Permafrost soil can be found in a somewhat deeper layer. With a vessel and a cellar, food only spoils at a rate of 0.26x. If your cellar is build into a permafrost layers, this rate should be significantly reduced again. E.g. 0,16x Unlike Tera Preta, permafrost-soil transforms in warmer areas (bound ice will smelt) and you have 'only' soil in your hands. my second suggestion, if you are in a warmer climatzone, you can put some ice or snow into your vessel and it will cooling down your food too. But Ice and Snow will smelt down after some days in your vessel and you have put snow or ice again. Edit: we often dont have such thick Soil-layers, maybe a stone layer could be also a permafrost-block
  19. Nice suggestions. I wrote somth for Permafrost soil
  20. how did you paint on walls?
  21. What for a gigantic & beautiful Oak ;) - never have seen such a big oak until today in VS.
  22. Or the Drifters were once perfectly normal, hardworking creatures. But they were enslaved by the people and used as mercenaries for their wars. Then, after almost a thousand years of oppression, the uprising broke out and the Drifters took brutal revenge and destroyed the world and killed (almost) everyone human being.
