Refunds

I would like a refund. After playing several hours of the game I have decided that it is not to my liking and I would like my money refunded. I have high hopes for this game but in its current state it is too unrefined for me to continue playing it. Perhaps in the future I will come back to look into it.

I enjoyed playing the game but realised that it was lacking content, I would like my money refunded. When the game has more content I might consider trying it then.

I already wrote a refund request in "help request" but there is no response as to whether they have read it or not.

The policy specifically says the refund should happen within a week or so. Maybe give it a bit?

Again, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on refund policy. It's the last link on the second to last line, cryptically named, "Refund policy".

How long ago did you buy, and when did you issue a ticket?

In the release notes, Tyron mentioned that he had a lot going on at the moment. Does that mean it might take more than a week? Who knows?

Hello,I recently bought the game but upon purchase and a couple hours of gameplay my computer is not up to the task of playing the game. With it frequently crashing or lagging hard, it's not an issue of the game but rather my own software not being able to properly play it

I recently purchased Vintage Story and have genuinely enjoyed what I played so far. The game has a lot of potential and a great atmosphere, but I found that it's currently lacking in content for the kind of experience I'm looking for.
