  1. This mod is completely unusable with mods that add categories of their own, I cannot find the supposed options menu to config weather to show the vanilla tabs off and on. Removing the Vanilla categories completely would solve this issue since they take up most space on the side menu and offer nothing to the usability of the mod but dev won't do that for some reason, i have no idea why, The only tabs most people use is the bookmark tab and mod tabs for obvious reasons. Edit: Found a workaround - go to \assets\game\config\ in the main Vintage Story folder and open the file creativetabs.json delete all text and paste this into it or edit the .json to your liking (do not delete the file or it will crash your game on joining world) { tabConfigs: [ { code: "general", listOrder: 0 } ] } This will remove some of the bloat of the side-tab. all vanilla tabs will still remain but mod tabs will go to the top of the order and vanilla will be lower order than most mods. dunno how the game sorts them but this is the best fix i know so far. You will also still have the tabs in the creative menu but the game will randomize the order so don't worry about that.

About a year ago I used to have a VS account but i refunded the game, i now have a new account and want to play on my old world but i don't have all my inventory items that i used to have, i checked the \AppData\Roaming\VintagestoryData\ but found no file where i can simply copy-paste my inventory from one player to another. any help would be nice.
  3. Does this mod work on 1.16.5? it doesn't say on the mod download page.
  4. I'm a little confused about bread recipes, the survival book say's that I can add bone broth or yeast to my flour to make a more nutritious dough but no matter what I do I cannot get my food to mix.
  5. Just a heads up. The mod does not work on 1.16.5, not v3.1.2 nor v3.2.0. Edit: nvm it works just download the newest version.

I disagree entirely, the original Minecraft demos were just you spawned randomly with a chest full of wooden tools or random items but the game loop was so good that it was enough to pull me in and probably millions of other people, a simple time limited world, optional chest with tools and a hand picked seed would be enough. The only question to me is when is a good time to introduce an updated demo? If I was Anego Studios it would be before or after a big update to stir interest in the game. The old demo is just too outdated and unappealing to be acceptable from a PR point of view. It really doesn't have to be a time sink for the devs, like i said, A time-limited seeded world with a chest of optional tools would be sufficient. Watching something and playing is completely different, to build yourself a starter home, make your first spear and kill your first wolf is far more satisfying than watching someone else do it.
