Awww, now I won't be able to memorialize the incredible fish dinner I made!

Great work as always, team. The limited number of bugs that have needed squashing demonstrates how good a job you did putting the stable version together. Hope y'all are getting some rest.

Guys, is the #9177 fix only going to be implemented in 1.23? This is gonna bug me so much for the next few months...

Clarified that the bug is actually resolved

but why?

Why not? Its cheap and easy to make. Not like its going to affect gameplay. I always end up with too much, then it just sits taking up space in my chests.

It definitely always seemed like you were getting too much for what you put in. So the reduction in mortar makes a lot of sense. It also didn't make a lot of sense to be able to get like 500 mortar in one go, that's practically enough for an entire castle in one barrel load.

Especially since it takes 86 charcoal to get 1 stack of 32 quicklime.

Mr Horse "I don't like it"

Thanks! But shouldn't you guys relax on the weekends?

Maybe bug-fixing is relaxing? 😁

Now that I think about it, this has been one of the smoother updates. 1.20 had the server meltdowns and tuning fixes to new locations. 1.21 had a pretty rough start as well, that I can recall, though perhaps not as rough as 1.20 was. 1.22 stable hasn't really had any glaring issues, aside from the 4D machine parts, but that's more of a hilarious minor bug than anything particularly major.

Quite often I seem to be finding ruins that are mis-labelled.  Most recent example was a large patch of ruins that looked like Sandstone and when broken produced Sandstone, but for the most part the tooltip before breaking was saying 'Granite'.

RIP our king 4dGRND 😔 He's with his queen now and lives on forever in our hearts.. Possibly literally. I think a piece might have phase-shifted into my left ventricle.

Is this using the newly updated version? 1.22.2

That was supposed to be fixed in that update.

This is the last update.
I first noticed this bug while playing pre. versions but thought that will be fixed with stable. It's just a visual bug so it's not that important to fix I guess.

Dang, how contaminated?

contaminated enough that it looks like something that fell out the backside of a drifter. :D It doesn't even burn as hot as peat, but it has a +25% burn time modifier and so it would still be nice to toss it into the forge to keep ingots and whatnot warm until the bellows can be used. You can find piles of the stuff in the new dungeons they added, so it can be a really cheap and easy fuel to have when you're first starting out. Not being able to use it in the forge hurts that a bit and makes it a bit less of a lucky find.

Can't craft linen cloth , final product don(t show in the crafting grid. :/
I'm using hydrate or dehydrate, and the mod breaks this behavior.

Why reduce mortar? It's already annoying enough to make with how much fuel it takes, now the output is reduced by 50%? 😒

just use my mod "easy building" lol i reverted that change. idk why devs do that
