  1. I've found worms on sand as well as dirt; really easy to see them against basalt sand.
  2. I'm having the same issue; I end up turning them into labeled chests because it bothers my eyes; the white borders aren't always constant, they flicker or something when I look at them from different directions. Also wondering if they're interacting badly with the More Variants modded chests to cause crashes. crashlog.txt
  3. Sorry I didn't give you more than a crash report. The 'metal borders' you added are white around the chest and flicker a bit which ends up bothering me so I add the signs even if I have no intention of writing on the labeled chests. The reason I'm explaining this is that this particular chest had been placed without a sign and after I picked it up and added the sign and put it back down the chest looked odd/funny, neither looking like the white bordered unlabeled chest nor the intended labeled chest. At that point when I try to interact with it, I crash. I'll try to get a screenshot of what it looks like right before the crash and add it to this post. Actually...could it be a bad interaction with another mod? Realized the white border was something added by the Vanilla+ themepack.
  4. I don't know if this crash is from More Varients or Extra Chests so I'll be pasting the log in both mod threads. It definitely pertains to the chests though. Had this crash happen several times today. *edit* I'm sorry it seems that it's not the Extra Chests mod that's causing the issue; It occured to me that I haven't upgraded the one that's crashing to copper yet. crashlog.txt

  6. I support the ability to rename; I love this system it's great and balanced by needing to repair each one. However I've just repaired my 8th? teleporter and it has the same name as the one next to spawn.
  7. Hi, was wondering if it'd be possible to make it so you could upgrade the chests by sneaking/adding the plate rather than needing to pick up the chest and craft it that way? What I have in mind is like being able to add the silver/gold lining to a lantern placed on the floor instead of having to pick it up to add the lining. Would it be possible to use that mechanic to work with upgrading chests? Also, semirelated question; does anyone have the ability to make the windows in game resizeable? i.e. bigger chest has more slots, grab the bottom right corner of the window and drag to resize to fit the new number of slots instead of having a scrollbar (or along with having one) *edit* wondering if the signs could work that way too, adding to the chest with sneak/click instead of breaking the chest and using the crafting window
  8. Is there a way to make the 'can be used to craft' just cycle through the different pots on each mineral instead of having one of every type show in the handbook? Like other recipes that can use more than one kind of stone block or metal plate or such. That may help keep it from overflowing the handbook UI
  9. I've only found 3 spots I'm certain of; first two near my base were both chromite (once in granite, once in kimberlite) and the last one while exploring was chalk and galena; I assume meteoric iron is a possibility but it's not the only possibility :) I also noticed (I assume this is connected) that if you manage to find the path it streaked over you find nuggets and rock pieces from it even if you don't find the impact site. Twice I've found magnetite nuggets (not bits) laying around and once that was along with andesite rocks; I don't recall what the other rock type was.
  10. I have found 1-2 spots that look like the meteorite sites near my base but with nothing inside, so you may be right about what happens when they land in areas that I haven't been through yet.
