  1. Just smash the block with a stone.
  2. This is a very strange question. You shouldn't need permission to record a game and upload your experiences with it. Are there other games where this is a thing? Do people seriously put up with it?
  3. Maybe I missed this somewhere, but what does an ice pick do, exactly?
  4. Oooh, .bsedit seems like a useful command. Many thanks!
  5. If you use 2 berries instead of one, you make fruit berry bread instead of grain berry bread. That's the best I could manage.
  6. Yeah, it's... very experimental. Here's to hoping it gets the kinks ironed out.
  7. Yeah, arrows need to either deal more damage or have a bleed/slow effect or something. Honestly I think you could halve the HP of almost everything in the game and it'd be fine.
  8. Is there a similar command for editing where items are in the firepit?
  9. That would be awful. Losing bricks during the bloomery process is bad enough!
  10. Oh. Sorry, dumplings will probably only be primary ingredients in soups. They're still secondary ones in both stew types, so you can have them be half-bushmeat and half turnip dumplings. As a random side note, I've replicated the functionality of Bushmeat Meals too, so expect that in the next update.
  11. I always thought maple looked a little too... green?
  12. I guess... the game seems a bit underdeveloped for that at the moment, though. I could do all of that, or I could move 100 blocks away and never have to deal with them because they just spawn in and randomly move around the same area for a while. Like, I want to do that, but it seems like a self-imposed challenge instead of anything that arises naturally from gameplay. I could do all that stuff you described, or I could jump into the 10x10 pond next to my house and kill anything I want with a dozen flint spears and achieve the same result. I think these cool enemies are too advanced for the game's current state, is all. Like, ticklers aren't going to formulate plans to attack my base or anything, they're just going to randomly spawn somewhere and stand around until I get too close to them.
  13. Hardcore combat with what benefits? Because there's little pleasure in this game's combat, so when I spent literally 3 minutes chasing a bug that can 2-shot me and I finally kill it, I get nothing but a sense of disappointment, especially knowing the buggers will just respawn in the same area.
  14. Update it how? It seems to function as intended.
  15. I... am not actually sure what's going on with the flickering either. I'm hoping that's happened to someone else and they know how to fix it, because I'm not sure how I managed to do that. Dumplings actually can be used as primary ingredients, but only for soup. And now that I'm looking at the code, I'm noticing some errors, so... hang on for a bit and you'll be able to put 3 of any kind of dumpling into soups. I figured it would be easier to have soup be the main dumpling meal instead of writing up a brand new meal and texturing it and all that. EDIT: I accidentally lied, you can't use dumplings as primary soup ingredients. Whoops! I've fixed it. Is this what you wanted, @Aliysium?
  16. If I were you I'd move somewhere they didn't spawn. I hate those things.
  17. Is it even possible to chase the Shintorickae if they decide to start fleeing you? Even when I do somehow manage to trap and kill them, the reward never feels worth it. They're just... kind of a nuisance that make me super paranoid when walking through bushes or around hills.
  18. No problem. I'm just trying to keep things consistent with the vanilla mechanics, y'know?
  19. Yeah, you can't add them to vegetable recipes because you can't add regular fruit to vegetable recipes. They aren't supposed to work.
  20. I think "textores" in TempoKatan.json isn't pointing anywhere and is missing a closed bracket.
  21. Try updating and get back to me on this.
  22. Cooking what? You should be able to used dried berries in porridge and meat stews. Did I forget a meal type?
  23. Uhhh... yeah, sure, I can do that!
  24. Inspiration?
